Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By booking an appointment, enrolling in an academy program, or purchasing a membership with The Blade Barbershop & Academy ("The Blade," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Bookings & cancellations
A booking holds a chair at the appointed time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are refunded in full. Cancellations inside 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.
3. Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled or paused at any time from your account. Unused cuts roll over one month and then expire. Loyalty points never expire.
4. Academy enrollment
Academy tuition is non-refundable after the first week of a cohort. Deferral to the next cohort is available once per enrollment.
5. Payments
All payments are processed through Khalti and eSewa. We never store card details on our servers. Refunds, when applicable, are returned via the original payment method within 7 business days.
6. Liability
The Blade is not liable for personal items left on the premises. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, please disclose at consultation — we'll adjust products accordingly.
