Precision

shortcut.
We refused the volume game.
Every barbershop in Kathmandu started doubling its chairs in 2014. We did the opposite. One chair. One client. One hour, minimum.
That single rule shaped everything that followed — how we hire, how we train, how we price, how we say no. The Blade is not the busiest shop in Nepal. It is the most precise.
Ten years later, three sanctuaries, an academy, and a graduate network from Kathmandu to Dubai. Still one chair at a time.
Discipline above shortcut. Always.
A decade in chairs.
- 2014
A single chair in Thamel.
Founder Rajan Maharjan opened the first Blade studio with one chair, one mirror, and a refusal to rush.
- 2017
The Academy is born.
Working barbers from across Nepal asked to learn the method. The Blade Academy started with six students.
- 2020
Jhamsikhel sanctuary.
Our second studio opened in Lalitpur. Same standard, deeper interior. The shop becomes a sanctuary.
- 2024
Lakeside, Pokhara.
The Blade Lakeside opens on the water. Three chairs, six master barbers, one waiting list across the country.
