What we collect
When you book, register, or contact us, we collect: your name, email, phone number, the services or programs you select, and your payment confirmation (via Khalti or eSewa — we never see your card details).
How we use it
- To confirm and remind you of your appointment.
- To deliver the service or program you booked.
- To process payments and issue refunds when applicable.
- To send occasional editorial updates if you opted in.
Who we share it with
Payment processors (Khalti, eSewa) for transaction processing. Our hosting (Vercel) and database (Supabase) providers. We do not sell customer data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing privacy@theblade.np. We'll honour all requests within 30 days.
Retention
Booking history is retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. Marketing preferences are honoured permanently. Inactive accounts are anonymised after 3 years.
